We were all very impressed with Mark Simpson and the way he treated Flash and spoke to us - he was genuine and caring and only too happy to answer our questions. Also a BIG THANK YOU to Nicole for her efforts and advice. Nicole went out of her way to help me try to find out about hiring/renting a crate for Flash if I was to fly him down to Christchurch when I go on holiday. Keep up the excellent work.
