Consultation

Your pet will receive the best healthcare with experienced veterinarians. Our consultations aren’t rushed, we only book 3 per hour so we can give you exceptional service and see you on time.
You will always get written information to emphasise treatments and recommendations to explain conditions in a client friendly way. We have access to a variety of specialists when a referral is necessary. See our homepage for details of appointment times.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations are an important part of keeping your pet safe and healthy as they effectively protect them from potentially serious diseases. It is best to start getting your pet protected from
as early as 6-8 weeks old. Your pet will receive one free worming treatment with an annual pet health check or vaccination visit.

Surgery/Hospital

We provide full surgery and hospital services including dentistry, radiology and laboratory services. For more complicated cases we will discuss referral to a specialist with you.

Nurse clinics

Our qualified nurses can provide you advice on a wide range of pet care concerns. Arthritis and weight management, feeding, puppy socialising, dental health and more.

Drop Off Service

Can’t make a specific time for a consultation? Bring your pet in and leave them with us, we will make them comfortable in our hospital with food and water
(if appropriate) and cuddles. The veterinarian will complete a full physical examination and phone you with the results. (There is no extra charge for the stay).

Deliveries

No time to pop in and get your pet’s favourite food or flea treatments? Phone us and have your products delivered. Free delivery for orders over $50.

Puppy School

This is a vital starting point for your puppy's socialisation and training skills. Classes are run by professional dog trainer, Sindy Turner. With over
20 years experience. Sindy runs puppy classes in our spacious waiting area.

Cattery

Our clinic indoor cattery is run by qualified veterinary nurses. Please note that every boarder needs to be up to date with vaccinations before staying with us.
